Corporate Rebrand

The Company officially changed its name from FAVO Capital, Inc. to Stewards Inc. in November 2025, bringing its operating businesses under a unified global brand aligned with its long-term growth strategy.

Expansion into Real Assets

Stewards completed the acquisition of 1818 Park, a premier mixed-use office and retail property in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in a transaction valued at approximately $190 million, establishing the foundation of the Company's real estate platform.

The Company also acquired a 130,000-square-foot South Florida corporate campus, which is currently being renovated and will serve as Stewards' international headquarters.

Private Credit Platform

Stewards Business Capital has originated more than $153 million in financing since 2020 and funded more than 10,000 small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The Company continues investing in underwriting technology, automation, and operational enhancements designed to support future growth.

Technology & Digital Finance

Stewards continues to invest in proprietary software, artificial intelligence, workflow automation, blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure, and digital finance initiatives designed to improve underwriting, operational efficiency, payment capabilities, and future financial products.
